She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Grand Valley State University and her Master’s degree from Central Michigan University. She is a member of the American Association of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Courtney Witulski, FNP-BC is a Family Nurse Practitioner who practices family health. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare from Alpena Community College and went on to complete her Master’s degree at Ferris State University. She is a member of the Michigan Council of Nurse Practitioners and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Vicki Konczak-Miltz, LPC CAADC, NCC, CCS-DP is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who sees both in-person and telehealth patients. She received her Master’s Degree in Nursing from the University of Southern Mississippi and is a member of the National Council of Nurse Practitioners and the Michigan Council of Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners.
