Terry L. Krumbach & Julie A. Kruttlin Education Scholarship

This $1000 scholarship has been made available by Terry Krumbach, Pharmacist at ARMC's Ossineke Pharmacy and Julie Kruttlin, Administrative Assistant at the Pharmacy. The scholarship is available to a second year student in a school of Pharmacy or post graduate pharmacy education. Applicant must be a resident of Alpena, Alcona, Iosco, Montmorency or Presque Isle counties.

Tuition Award:

• $1000
• It will be awarded on May 15, 2010
• The scholarship will be paid directly to the school or appropriate financial institution

Eligibility Requirements:

• Must be a resident of Alpena, Alcona, Iosco, Montmorency or Presque Isle County
• Your program of study must be Pharmacy
• You must be enrolled as a full-time student in a graduate program or have completed your first year curriculum in a School of Pharmacy
• You must be enrolled in a Michigan school in a traditional course of study (distance learning programs are not eligible)
• A letter of recommendation from the program director which indicates GPA
• Letters of recommendations (other than your program director) who will address your strengths, skills, extra curricular activities, and any other information that should be taken into consideration
• Submit current transcript
• Application must be submitted by April 15, 2010 to:
